Insight Engineering provides professional services for land development and redevelopment including civil engineering, land surveying, land planning, permitting, architecture, bidding and construction management. Insight Engineering, Inc. was started June 17, 1996.
What is your primary product or service?
Professional Civil Engineering and Land Surveying services for land development and construction.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Prior to attending Purdue University school of Civil Engineering I worked for a land developer and excavator. After graduating from Purdue, I worked for Oxford Development, a national apartment developer. This work led to working for two local engineering consulting firms prior to forming Insight Engineering.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Insight's services are tailored to the client's needs, our goal is to provide the professional service at a fair price. Insight will provide services for the novice developer that wishes to have all matters handled for them from start to finish or for the expert that just needs detailed engineering services. We do not cheapen the project or leave out necessary services to lower our prices to be the "cheapest guy in town."
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have one location and do not currently have any plans for additional offices.

Insight Engineering, Inc. is located at 9755 Randall Drive, Suite 101A, Carmel, IN 46280. We are located in Carmel, Indiana. Our office can be found by exiting I-465 to North Keystone Parkway, turn east at 96th Street. Follow 96th Street for 0.9 miles to Randall Drive on the north side of 96th Street. Turn north for 0.2 miles, our office is the northern most office building on Randall Drive, our sign is above our entrance door.
What type of payments do you accept?
Business check and cash.
Which areas do you service?
Insight Engineering services are conducted in the states in which we are licensed to practice. For Civil Engineering, this is Indiana, Illinois and Ohio. For Land Surveying, this is Indiana. To meet client needs, we can get licensed in other states.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Don Fisher, P.E. is the Owner, President and runs the professional operations.
What are your hours of operation?
Generally we are in the office 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM ET.

The best compliment we can receive is repeat business from our clients or to receive a business referral.
