What is your primary product or service?
At is foundng Doreen Weinschrott supplied consulting services through ProDev in the area of curriculum development, training and certification for early childhood and after school professionals. Since September 2004 David Weinschrott began supplying a variety of consulting services after leaving the Hudson Institute. These services include economic development studies using geographic and industry specific analysis, constituent analysis for social service organizations, and general GIS (geographic information systems) mapping services
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Doreen Weinschrott MS is an early childhood educator but has worked extensively with Indiana State Government and various non-profit organizations in the area of professional development and certification of early and school age after school professionals. David Weinschrott, Phd has worked as a professional economist since 1978 in central Indiana. He was assistant professor of economics from 1978 - 1983, a private consultant from 1983 to 1986, a Research Fellow at the Hudson Institute from 1986 to 1996, Director of Planning at United Way of central Indiana from 2006-2003, Senior Fellow at Hudson fro 2003-2004 and Research director at Prodev from 2004 to the present.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
ProDev has a focus on empirical studies of geographic and industry specific economic activity coupled with GIS analysis.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have one location in Indianapolis
