We have been in business for 20yrs.
What is your primary product or service?
Residential carpet and upholstery cleaning. We also do janitorial cleaning for any business.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I had s company try and rip me off. I got mad and started my own company. After researching other cleaners I found out that the vast majority have lots of hidden charges. I started this business without a single hidden charge of any kind! It's been that way since day one!
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We offer a whole house carpet cleaning special that has no limitations! No size limits to rooms no matter how large they are. Stairs and hallways are included as well. We do not charge for general spot removal. deodorization or pre treating. No hidden charges of any kind what so ever. Virtually every other cleaner has hidden charges and will charge you for things that should be included anyway!
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have 3 locations and plan to add additional locations as the business grows.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept all forms of payment. Even Pay Pal.
Which areas do you service?
We service Indianapolis and all surrounding areas.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
I own the company and run most daily business. However, I do have a secretary that books appointments and incredible service technicians.

We offer 24hr service.
