How long have you been in business?

What is your primary product or service?
We have over 11,000 items on our website and available in our Chicago warehouse. Our primary products are Bubble Wrap and Corrugated Boxes.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I started working with a friend of mines father who owned a packaging company. At that company we primarily sold to distribution. I just grew to love helping customers with their shipping concerns. I branched out and started my own company so I could directly help out the end user.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I started this company with a friend who owns a trucking company and warehousing company. We are able to reduce freight costs on our inbound and outbound freight which reduces customer costs. With the warehousing we store the product on our floor so you don't have to take up your floor space. It reduces lead time and order size.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have 3 locations with our primary warehouse located in Chicago. Our headquarters located in Indianapolis, IN. Our satellite office is located in Tampa, FL. With the Trucking company we are able to reach all 48 continental states.

We are at the corners of Minnesota and Belmont. We are a few blocks west of Harding Street and a mile south of Washington st.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept Check, Money Order, and Cash. We are working on putting in a credit card machine.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Shawn Williams is the Primary shareholder with Brandon Alkire being the Secondary owner. Brandon Alkire runs all day to day operations.
What are your hours of operation?
We are open M-F 8:00-5:00. We have come in on Saturday to load a customer's order. We are very flexible with our pick up schedule.
