What is your primary product or service?
McRae Technologies, LLC has several products in development relating to work order management, property management systems, social networking sites and more. We also work closely with businesses to develop custom software that will increase efficiency and reduce cost and time where applicable.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
After taking classes on HTML and static website development, I became interested in creating software. Now after several years of professional experience and combining a great team of consultants together, custom software is more achievable and exciting than ever.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We are committed to our customers 100%. It may sound cliche and others may make the same claim, however it is what drives us. Great software has no value unless it provides great benefit for the people who use it. We take great pride in working with you from the very beginning to understand fully your needs and ensure that the end product is not only what you need now, but what you may need in the future. We don't just have a temporary vendor-client interaction. We build long-term partnerships to make sure you are able to achieve your long-term goals.
