How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I've owned a small business bookkeeping service since 1996. I own 1 corporation as well. I worked for a competitor several years ago, started my own tax prep as a means to put BANK FEES AND HIGH PREPARATION FEES AND Fees for Rapid Refund.....in the pocked of tax paying customers who utilize my service! Registered tax preparer with IRS. Authorized IRS E-file provider.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
My rate is not based on the number of tax forms a customer has. It's based on income. I offer one on one service. No wait in line. I offer mobile tax prep. I pick up tax work or it can be faxed, facebooked, emailed or texted to me. I deliver tax returns in person or ship via US Mail, can obtain tracking. I offer personalized service, and every customer is like my only one. I care about their financial situations!
