How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I started cooking in my grandmothers kitchen at age 7. She was born in Kentucky and taught me grandma southern style cooking. My family and friends were so pleased as to how quickly I picked up on cooking and encourage me. I started cooking for anyone I had the chance to "show off" for, and before I knew it, I had the desire to make this a life long passion.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I offer a unique private/personal service. If you don't want to come home from work and then have to go the the store and then prepare your meals, and do the clean up, I am the person who would LOVE to do that for you!
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
I have just relocated from Indiana to Tennessee and plan on retiring here. I am offering a new and unique service called "Skype-A-Chef".....Anyone from anywhere can Skype with me, and that way it's like having a Personal Chef in your kitchen with you. If you need a helping hand for special occasions, parties, family meals, Skype with me!
