Our business started in Florida in 1992. We moved up to Indianapolis in 1994 where we started all colors carpet cleaning-dyeing. our totaal years would be 22 years
What is your primary product or service?
Carpet cleaning is the primary service that we provide
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
leaving one business as a interior framer in south florida i wanted to get into a business i could do anywhere in the country plus i spent 7 day praying about it as well. The scripture i was lead to was Philippians ch 4 learn to be content in all things but i like working with people and businesses as well. As far as my background i have been educated by IICUC in every field of this business plus OJT with Rainbow international carpet dyeing and cleaning
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Specialized in several areas not just carpet cleaning. We do carpet dyeing,spot dyeing upholstery cleaning, carpet stretching ( not just a knee kicker) carpet repairs all sorts, You get 1 technician to do everything with over 20 years experience. We als o do floor cleaning, water damages. What really sets us apart is our prices though and we care about our customer service
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
one location in indianapolis Indiana no plans on expanding
