Who we are...Perficency is a sales and leadership coaching organization focused on helping organizations and professionals be more effective in their new business development efforts. We are committed to helping others create sustainable change in both personal habits and bottom line results.
What we see...Most people go about trying to change their habits and results in ways that are not sustainable. They go to the one day seminar or weekend retreat and are energized with new ideas. Within weeks, they find themselves falling back into old habits. The change does not stick. It's not for a lack of a strong desire for new results, but because creating new thoughts and new habits is difficult and takes time.
How we work...In order to ensure sustained changes in behavior and accelerated business results. We have found it is essential that three elements are in place:
• Blend of weekly 1:1 coaching, monthly group training, and real-time situational support
• Support over a period of 6-12 months
• Coaching focused on the awareness and discipline of Thinking, Language and Process .
