How long have you been in business?
Mark & Carol have operated the auction business since spring of 2000. Affliated with United Country Auction Services in September 2007.
What is your primary product or service?
We provide complete auction services:estate settlement for personal property and real estate; USPAP Certified personal property appraisals.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
We have been around the antique business most of our lives. That association and relationship to the auction industry lead us to acquire an established business and grow it with great passion.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
The vast number of certifications received from extensive training makes services special.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We operate one (1) location, but are affliated with 80+ auction houses that are also affiliated with United Country Auction Services nationwide.
Provide detailed directions to your location
Indiana I-465 on the north side to the I-69/Binford exit. Take Binford Blvd south 3 traffic lights to East 71st Street. Turn Left (west) on E 71st 2 blocks to Hawthorne and turn left. Follow the road to Park Plaza Court and turn left following it end turn right and travel parallel to Binford Blvd about 150 yards. We are on your right facing Binford Blvd.
What type of payments do you accept?
The take Personal & Business checks, Master Card & Visa. Cash is always acceptable.
Which areas do you service?
The greater Indianapolis area accomodating within a 75 mile radius. We always consider and have done business all over the state of Indiana. As licensed auctioneers, we can do business anywhere in Indiana.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Carol Bonham is the majority owner and runs the personal property and appraisal business. Mark Bonham is a licensed auctioneer & real estate broker and handles the real estate business.
What are your hours of operation?
We conduct our personal property auctions on Sunday's, 11:00 am to approx 4:00 pm. We accomodate our hours to work with our client needs. Normal hours are M-F, 8-5, however, we are always available to meet with clients on a schedule that works for them.
