How long have you been in business?
I personally have been in the event decorating business since 1983. Captain Balloon was established in 1983 and was purchased by The Decor Department, Inc. (Est. 1989) January 1, 2004.
What is your primary product or service?
We are a full service special event decorating company. We specialize in assisting corporate clients with reliable, quality decorating services. We also decorate for private parties, receptions, weddings, Bar Mitzvahs, and special events of all types and sizes.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I have my degree in art and design from Kent State University. I have been interested in designing and building sets and decorating since High School.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We are a full service special event decorating service provider... One stop shopping.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
All of our services are provided from our Indianapolis office. We travel at our clients requests.

When you contact us we will arrange to meet you at the location of your special event. it only makes sense for us to meet at the venue of your choice since every thing we do is custom to our client, their venue and their budget.
